24 frozen mini pastry shells 4 c. cooked chicken, finely chopped 3 stalks celery, diced 1 c. sweetened dried cranberries 1/3 c. chopped pecans 1-1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. honey, or more to taste 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper
Bake pastry shells according to package directions; let cool. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, cranberries and pecans. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl; add to chicken mixture and stir gently until combined. Spoon into pastry shells and serve. Makes 2 dozen.
