3 c. cucumbers, peeled if desired and sliced 1/2 c. onion, coarsely chopped 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. oil 2 T. sugar 1 T. vinegar salt to taste
Toss together cucumbers and onion in a serving bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Pour sour cream mixture over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours to overnight. Mix well before serving. Serves 4.
