1-3/4 c. shortening 5 c. all-purpose flour 1 t. salt 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/4 c. ice water 1 T. vinegar
In a bowl, mix together shortening, flour and salt with a pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in egg, water and vinegar. Divide dough into 5 equal portions. Roll out desired portions of dough on a floured surface; remaining dough portions can be frozen. Makes 5 crusts
