1 c. creamy peanut butter 1/2 c. butter, softened 2 c. brown sugar, packed 3 eggs, beaten 1 t. vanilla extract 1 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 t. salt
Peanut Butter Frosting:
2 c. creamy peanut butter 1 c. margarine 1 t. vanilla extract 1/8 t. salt 3 to 4 T. whipping cream 2 c. powdered sugar
In a large bowl, blend together peanut butter and butter. Beat in brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Blend in flour and salt. Spread into a greased 13"x9" baking pan; bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan. Prepare Peanut Butter Frosting: Blend peanut butter and margarine until fluffy; gradually blend in remaining ingredients until smooth. Frost brownies with peanut butter frosting. Makes 1-1/4 dozen.
