3 1-lb. loaves frozen bread dough, thawed but still chilled 1/4 c. olive oil 3 T. Italian salad dressing mix 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 t. garlic, minced 1 red onion, finely chopped
Cut dough into one-inch cubes; place in a large bowl. Pour remaining ingredients over top. Using your hands, toss until dough cubes are coated. Transfer dough cubes to a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Place in a warm area; cover and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden. Serves 6 to 8.
