3 to 4-lb. pork roast salt and pepper to taste 1-1/2 c. fresh cranberries, finely chopped 1/2 c. honey 2 t. orange zest 1/4 t. ground cloves 1/2 t. nutmeg
Season roast on all sides with salt and pepper; place in a slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; spoon over roast. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, until roast is tender and no longer pink inside. Makes 8 servings.
