Polish Sausage Appetizer
Enjoy this recipe from Comfort & Joy (M895).

2 lbs. Polish sausage, sliced
1 onion, diced
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. applesauce

Combine all ingredients in a 13”x9” baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Place in a slow cooker to keep warm for serving. Makes 8 servings.
