2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 to 3 2-oz. pkgs. sliced pressed beef, chopped
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
1 T. powdered flavor enhancer
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
favorite snack crackers
Place cream cheese in a large bowl; set aside. Use a small food processor or a sharp knife to chop 2 packages beef and onions; add to cream cheese. Add flavor enhancer and Worcestershire sauce; blend well. Form into a ball and place on a serving plate. Use a spatula to smooth over the ball. If desired, a third package of chopped beef can be used to cover cheese ball. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. To serve, uncover; arrange crackers around cheese ball. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
