3 c. cooked rice
10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
4-oz. can diced green chiles, or to taste
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. sour cream
Optional: dried chives
Combine all ingredients except chives. Transfer to a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Garnish with chives, if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
