10 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 T. vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
juice of 2 key limes
tortilla chips
Combine all ingredients except chips in a bowl; stir to blend.
Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2-1/2 to 3 cups
