1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 T. cinnamon
2 c. all-purpose flour
3.4-oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3.4-oz. pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1 t. vanilla extract
4 eggs, beaten
Combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon in a small bowl; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl; beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer on medium speed. Pour a little less than half the batter into a greased 13"x9" baking pan; sprinkle with half the brown sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter on top; sprinkle with remaining brown sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
