1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1 t. vanilla extract
3 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1 c. flaked coconut
Bring sugar, baking cocoa, milk and margarine to a rolling boil in a heavy saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, oats and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper; let cool until firm. Makes about 4 dozen.
