1/4 t. Cajun seasoning 1/4 t. garlic powder 1/4 t. lemon pepper seasoning 1 t. kosher salt 1/4 t. pepper 4 green tomatoes, thickly sliced 1 c. sweet onion, chopped 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 sleeve round buttery crackers, crushed 1/4 c. butter, melted
Combine all seasonings in a cup; set aside. In a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan, layer half the tomatoes, half of seasoning mixture, half the onion and half the cheese. Repeat layers. Top with crackers; drizzle with melted butter. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees; uncover and bake for 15 more minutes. Makes 8 servings. | |
