Ham-Swiss Ring-Around

Enjoy this recipe from Best-Ever Casseroles.

5-oz. can ham
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 T. mustard
1/2 c. onion, chopped
8-oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese


Combine ham, cheese, butter, broccoli, mustard and onion in bowl; set aside. On an ungreased 12" round pizza pan, unroll crescent rolls so flat sides makes a circle with the points outward. Spoon ham mixture onto rolls. Fold in crescent roll points and tuck ends in. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden. Serves 4 to 6.
