1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened and divided
9-inch graham cracker crust
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/3 c. light corn syrup
Garnish: chocolate syrup, chopped walnuts
Spread half of ice cream into crust; set aside. Combine peanut butter and corn syrup; spread over ice cream. Top with remaining ice cream; drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cover and freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
