Tomato Tart

6-oz. pkg. frozen flatbread, thawed
2 T. Dijon mustard
3 oz. Brie cheese, sliced 1/4- inch thick
3 c. tomatoes, sliced
1 T. olive oil
1 T. fresh oregano, chopped


Unroll flatbread and press into a 13"x9" sheet pan. Spread mustard on flatbread and top with cheese. Layer fresh tomatoes on top. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh oregano. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, until bread is golden and cheese is melted. Serve warm or at room temperature. Serves 6.
