1 T. all-purpose flour
15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
10-oz. pkg frozen corn, thawed
1 c. chunky salsa
1/2 lb. smoked pork sausage, sliced
1 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
Mix together all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl. Spoon
onto 4 sheets of aluminum foil; fold into packets and seal well. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, or bake on baking sheets at 400 degrees for
30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Serves 4 to 6
