2/3 c. butter, softened 1-1/3 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 2 T. baking powder 1/4 t. salt 1 t. butter flavoring 1 t. rum extract 2 c. milk 4 c. all-purpose flour 12-oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
In a large bowl, blend together butter, sugar and eggs. Mix in baking powder, salt and flavorings. Alternately mix in milk and flour; fold in chips. Divide evenly into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick tests done. Makes 3 dozen. | |
