2 lbs. ground pork sausage, browned and drained
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 onion, diced
6 c. crispy rice cereal
2 c. cooked rice
10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
10-3/4 oz. cream of celery soup
8-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
