1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 14-1/2 oz. cans French-style green beans, drained and juice of 1 can reserved
salt and garlic powder to taste
Brown sausage; drain. Arrange potatoes in a 5-quart slow cooker; top with green beans and reserved juice. Arrange sausage on top; sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Cover and cook on high setting about 6 hours, until potatoes are tender. Serves 4 to 6.
