1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 lb. spicy pork sausage, browned and drained
32-oz. pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
2 10-oz. cans diced tomatoes with green chiles
tortilla chips
Combine all ingredients except chips in a slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 hours, or until the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 20 to 25 servings.
