3 eggs 1/2 c. milk 4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs 1 lb. halibut fillets, cut into fingers garlic powder seasoned salt and pepper, to taste 3/4 c. butter, sliced
Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spray with non-stick vegetable spray and set aside. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Place bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Season fish as desired. Place fish in egg mixture; allow to become completely saturated. Dredge fish in bread crumbs, coating completely. Arrange fish on baking sheet; place slices of butter on a between fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, Turn fish over; bake an additional 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4 servings. | |
