3 T. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 T. Dijon Mustard
2 c. apples, cored and sliced
2- lb. bone in ham steaks
Melt butter a large skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar and mustard, bring to a simmer. Add apples cover and simmer 5 minutes. Top apples with ham steaks. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove ham to a platter and cut into serving-size pieces. Top ham with apples and sauce. Serves 6
