1-1/2 lb. cooked ham, ground 1 lb. ground pork 2 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. milk 1-1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 t. dry mustard
Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs and milk together; shape into walnut-size balls and place in a 13"x9" ungreased baking dish. Blend brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard together in a separate mixing bowl; pour over ham balls. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours, turning balls over after one hour. Makes about 3 dozen. | |
