3 c. white chocolate chips
14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 t. Key lime zest
2 T. Key lime juice
1 c. chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
Optional: coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, sweetened flaked coconut
In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and condensed milk; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in zest and juice. Fold in nuts. Spread mixture in an 8"x8" baking pan lined with aluminum foil and generously buttered. If desired, sprinkle with additional nuts and coconut. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Lift fudge out of pan; cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Makes 2-1/2 pounds.
