8-1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
24 1/2-inch cubes Cheddar cheese or pasteurized process cheese
4 beef or turkey hot dogs, each cut into 6 pieces
Garnish: savory honey mustard
Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package; spoon batter into 24 mini muffin cups sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Press one cheese cube and one hot dog slice into the center of each muffin cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden. Let muffins cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm with mustard. Makes 2 dozen.
