2-1/2 T. oil
16-oz. pkg. hot dogs, sliced 1/4-inch thick
3 T. all-purpose flour
1/8 t. pepper
1-1 /2 c. milk
4 biscuits, split
Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add hot dogs and brown lightly. Stir in flour and pepper; mix well. Stir in milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened; remove from heat. Serve over biscuits. Serves 4.
