1-1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. whole-wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. Italian seasoning
1 t. pizza seasoning
1-3/4 c. spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. milk
3 T. olive oil
1 egg, beaten
1-1/2 c. pepperoni, chopped
8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 to 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Mix together all ingredients. Fill lightly greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden. Makes one dozen.
