1-1/2 c. half-and-half
2 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter

Arrange bread slices in the bottom of a buttered 13"x9" baking pan; set aside. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, half-and-half, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread slices; cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup; cook and stir until bubbly and brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over bread and egg mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, until set and golden. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
