8-1/2 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
1 t. sweet smoked paprika
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. fresh chives, finely chopped
In a bowl, prepare muffin mix according to package directions. Stir remaining ingredients into batter. Divide batter among 6 lightly greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden. Makes 6 muffins.
