12-oz. pkg. cranberries
2 apples, cored, peeled and quartered
2 pears, cored, peeled and quartered
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
Optional: 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
orange zest to taste
honey to taste
Coarsely chop the fruit with a food processor. Mix in nuts and orange zest; sweeten to taste with honey. Turn into a serving dish. Makes about 8 cups.
