2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. all-purpose flour 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. blueberries, thawed if frozen 1/2 c. cranberries, thawed if frozen 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans Optional: powdered sugar
In a bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat eggs until thick. Gradually beat in sugar until thoroughly blended. Stir in flour and melted butter; blend well. Add berries and nuts, mixing gently just until combined. Spread batter evenly in a greased 8"x8" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden. Cool; cut into squares. If desired, dust with powdered sugar. Makes 9 servings.
