Warm Cranberry-Honey Brie

5-oz. pkg. round Brie cheese
2 T. sweetened dried cranberries
1 t. fresh thyme, chopped
1 t. chopped walnuts, toasted
1 T. honey
favorite crackers


With a serrated knife, remove top rind from cheese. Place cheese, cut-side up, in a one-quart casserole dish. Evenly sprinkle cheese with cranberries, thyme and walnuts. Drizzle with honey. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until cheese is softened to desired consistency. Serve warm with crackers. Serves 8.
