1 gal. strong brewed coffee, cooled
2 qts. coffee ice cream, divided
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Garnish: whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles
In a punch bowl, combine coffee and one quart coffee ice cream; mix to a fairly thick consistency. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. At serving time, scoop vanilla ice cream and remaining coffee ice cream into balls; add gently to punch bowl. Serve in mugs; top generously with whipped cream and sprinkles. Serves 20 to 30.
