1 lb. ground beef
13 oz. can Spanish rice
15 oz. can chili beans
1 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain. Add rice and beans and return to heat until bubbly. Stir in cheese and allow to melt. You can also combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Great served with garlic bread and a salad.
