1/4 lb. deli salami, chopped
1/4 lb. deli roast turkey, chopped
1/4 lb. deli baked ham, chopped
1/4 lb. provolone cheese, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 t. dried oregano
1/4 t. red pepper flakes
pepperoncini peppers to taste
1 T. olive oil
hoagie rolls or scoop-type corn chips
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or until serving time, to blend all the flavors. Serve spread on hoagie rolls or with corn chips for dipping. Serves 8.
