2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 T. sugar
26-oz. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
6-oz. can tomato paste
1 doz. hamburger buns, split
8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Brown ground beef with pepper, onion and sugar in a skillet; drain and set aside. Mix spaghetti sauce with tomato paste; stir into beef mixture. Spread on each bun; sprinkle with cheeses. Arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
