1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Add buttermilk to a shallow bowl; add bread crumbs to another shallow
bowl. Dip chicken thighs into buttermilk; roll in bread crumbs. Arrange
in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees
for one hour, or until tender. Serves 4.
