3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 t. baking powder 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. cinnamon 1 egg, beaten 1 t. vanilla extract 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 1 c. apples, peeled, cored and diced
In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; set aside. In a separate bowl, stir together egg, vanilla, nuts and apples. Add egg mixture to sugar mixture; mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into wedges; serve warm or cooled. Serves 8. | |
