5-oz. wheel Brie cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 T. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. dried cranberries
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. chopped pistachios
Place Brie in a greased 9" pie plate; bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven; set aside. Sauté onion in butter until tender, about 5 minutes; add brown sugar, cranberries and vinegar. Heat until mixture caramelizes and thickens, about 5 minutes; pour over Brie. Sprinkle with pistachios; serve warm. Serves 6.
