Shredded Turkey Sandwiches

6-oz. pkg. turkey or chicken stuffing mix
1 c. warm water
28-oz. can turkey breast
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
8 to 10 sandwich buns, split


In a 5-quart crockpot, combine dry stuffing mix and warm water; toss to mix well. Shred undrained turkey with a fork and spoon over stuffing; top with spoonfuls of mushroom soup. Cover and cook on low setting for 3 to 4 hours; stir after 2 hours. Serve turkey mixture spooned onto buns. Makes 8 to 10 sandwiches.
