Sausage Tortilla Roll-Ups

1-1/2 lbs. Italian ground pork sausage, browned and drained
2 c. cottage cheese
2 T. all-purpose flour
3 c. spaghetti sauce
1 t. dried basil
1 t. dried oregano
1/4 t. garlic powder
10 10-inch flour tortillas
1-1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese


Stir together sausage, cottage cheese and flour; set aside. Stir together sauce and seasonings; stir 1/2 cup sauce mixture into sausage mixture. Spoon 1/3 cup sausage mixture onto centers of tortillas; roll up and place seam-side down in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Pour remaining sauce mixture over tortillas. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and freeze, or bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until bubbly. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6. Heat & Eat Instructions: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Follow baking instructions above, adding cheese as directed.
