8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1⁄2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
gingersnap cookies or assorted fruit slices
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat until blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with gingersnaps or fruit. Serves 8 to 10.
