1/4 c. sugar 1/2 t. cinnamon 1 c. bite-size crispy corn cereal squares 1 c. bite-size crispy rice cereal squares 1 c. bite-size crispy wheat cereal squares 1 c. honey-nut doughnut-shaped oat cereal 3/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 c. dried banana chips 1/2 c. dried blueberries or raisins
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside. In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine cereals and melted butter; toss until evenly coated. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute. Stir in sugar mixture and banana chips until evenly coated. Microwave, uncovered, for one additional minute. Spread on wax paper to cool. Transfer to an airtight container; stir in blueberries or raisins. Serves 12 to 14. | |
