1 lb. ground beef 1-1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix 15-oz. can tomato sauce 3 c. elbow macaroni, cooked 8-oz. container sour cream 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef. Drain; stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, sour cream and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Spoon macaroni mixture into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Top with beef mixture and remaining cheeses. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6 | |
