1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 1 t. vanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Garnish: vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except garnish; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve sliced topped with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Makes 8 servings.
