1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 14-oz. cans chicken broth
6-oz. can tomato paste
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. garlic powder
8-oz. pkg. spaghetti, uncooked and broken
Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese
Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain; return to skillet. Stir in broth, tomato paste and seasonings; bring to a boil. Add spaghetti; reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, 15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
