18-1/4 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix 3.4 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. water 4 eggs
Glaze: 2 c. powdered sugar 2 T. butter, melted 2 T. water 1/3 c. lemon juice
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cake from oven and immediately poke holes through the cake with a fork; Combine all ingredients for glaze. Pour glaze over top of cake. Serves 10 to 12.
