2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c. chopped onion
Cook spinach and drain, squeezing out all moisture. Combine with rest of ingredients and turn into large, buttered casserole. Enid and I like one big enough so the spinach isn't much deeper than about 2-1/2". Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
