2*9-inch pie crusts, unbaked 12-oz. chorizo pork sausage link, casing removed 1-1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 8-oz. container sour cream 4 eggs, beaten 4-oz. can diced green chiles 3-1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained 1/2 c. green taco sauce 1/4 c. green onions, chopped 1/4 t. ground cumin Optional: 1/8 t. hot pepper seasoning
Bake pie crusts at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; set aside to cool. Meanwhile, brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Divide sausage mixture between baked pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 2 quiches; each serves 6.
